Minimum service commitment is 12 months of full-service lawn care which starts at $225/mo.
All of the following services are provided with our $200 minimum yearly agreement:
All lawn mowing
Weeding of flower beds
Grass fertilization and moss control
Hedge trimming
Minor pruning(anything which does not require a chainsaw)
Cleanup of Fall leaves
We can provide the following additional services at an extra cost:
Thatching
Aeration
Over-seeding
Please understand that the following services are not included in our lawn maintenance service. We can refer you to a trusted partner for these services:
One-time services - we only provide recurring services on yearly contracts
Landscape installation
Sprinkler system installation and repair
