The hardest part! We run our power rake machine over grass areas pulling out the thatch. Most are shocked by the amount of thatch that we get
Option A: We rake and bag thatch and leave bags next to your yard waste
Option B: We haul away the thatch and take it to the dump.
We use premium seed combined with starter fertilizer
We run our aeration machine over areas
For optimal results it is best to do this service in the spring and fall as the grass is a rye fescue blend and will not take if it is warmer than 80 degrees. It also must be wet for 2 weeks for the grass to take from sprinklers or rain.
